Microsoft and Ubisoft are currently looking into the disappearance of Far Cry 4 from the Xbox Live Store
As many gamers struggle with the digital version of Far Cry 4, have you encountered any problems?
Microsoft and Ubisoft support teams have been looking into the mysterious disappearance of the digital version of Far Cry 4 from Xbox Live stores, earlier today. This disappearance also affected gamers who have already purchased digital copies of the game, who have been reporting issues with loading or even playing the game at all.
The Ubisoft forums community manager has stated that “The team are actively investigating the issue this side” but also suggest that gamers contact the Microsoft support team because “due to some being told that it’s an emerging issue – Xbox Support may need more information from people, so it’s always worth contacting them for Store issues“.
Ubisoft and Microsoft are both currently looking into the issue which at the moment is believed that it may have been caused by a glitch, according to what a Ubisoft representative told IGN.
Since Ubisoft and Microsoft started looking into the problem, the number of complaints has died down on the Ubisoft forums but the community manager has recommended that “If you’re still experiencing this issue, please can you try hard resetting your console to see if this resolves the issue for you“.
