Last Epoch Patch 1.5.2 is live, a smaller follow-up to Patch 1.5.1 that tunes the new Rage of Morditas endgame and fixes a wide batch of bugs. Eleventh Hour Games posted the notes on October 7, 2026.

Rage of Morditas and Interface Updates

The Bloodrage buff Revitalizing Rage will no longer be applied to characters that have effects granting ward per missing health. That change targets the new Rage of Morditas endgame without altering its other systems. The patch also updates Rage of Morditas button sprites and adds a harbinger available icon in the Nexus UI for each timeline. Nexus UI sound effects were updated, and success and error notification icons received a visual refresh.

Lightning Blast will no longer chain to breakable objects unless the total number of chains exceeds the number of non-breakable targets. In the Merchant’s Guild Bazaar, the minimum amount for automatic price lowering is now 1 gold, down from 500 gold.

Class, Item, and Content Bug Fixes

Several class skill bugs were corrected. Acolyte Summon Wraiths minions now spawn near the player instead of at the cursor, and Drain Life’s Malignant Discharge node works without also allocating Virulence. For Rogue, Dreamslash shadows with Nightmare Steel now aim toward the player’s cursor, and Dive Bomb visual timing was fixed after multiple casts with Rushing Wings. Primalist Entangling Roots no longer leaves the Rooted visual lingering after repeated casts with Entrapped. Sentinel Shield Rush can properly restore mana when used repeatedly with Mana Memory, and Radiant Lance reliquaries now share a single minion icon with a counter. Mage Runic Invocation Plasma Orb visuals now match the damage location.

Item fixes include the corruption affix that grants a chance to apply Marked for Death on block. It could trigger on hits that were not blocked and could sometimes apply Marked for Death to the player. Harbinger Needles also no longer continue filling their slot after being consumed.

Enemy and content fixes address the Baroness boss T-posing during death or attacks, boss summons and damaging abilities unintentionally persisting after death, and the Swollen Corpse Champion now displaying its rightful name, Lord of Entrails. In Campaign, Monolith, and Dungeon content, the chain elevator no longer causes a freeze effect, portal visuals do not duplicate after entering an Echo, and a dungeon ability no longer triggers a cooldown skill’s cooldown.
