Team Jade released a new Delta Force update on October 9 with no downtime. Gameplay and matchmaking are not affected. The update arrives during the current Delta Force Season Reorientation, live since late September with second anniversary rewards.

Operations now includes the Let’s Fight 1v1 Duel mode. Players choose an Operator, bring a custom loadout, and invite a friend for a fast duel. The mode joins other recent additions such as the 5v5 Detonation mode introduced for the second anniversary.

Operations events

The Harmonica Event and Grove Angler Event run from October 9 to November 9 in Layali Grove. The Harmonica Event lets players find Zola at the cave to receive an exclusive Harmonica and use the new harmonica-playing gameplay, with matches and active missions unlocking a limited avatar and combat supplies. The Grove Angler Event lets players find fishing enthusiast Ol’ Joe for a conversation and experience the new fishing gameplay; a Clean Evac and extracting with supplies during Layali Grove matches unlocks a limited exclusive emote and combat supplies.

The Season-Exclusive Ammo Event runs from October 10 to October 16 and introduces new Haavk special ammo. Players can buy the limited-edition rounds from the Auction House or find them at a low drop chance in Ammo Crates.

Warfare events and balance tweaks

Three Warfare events run from October 9 to November 9. Free Battlefield lets players host rooms from the training screen and customize max player count and match rules; playtime unlocks a limited reward and a Tactical Armament Voucher. Chief Command adds optimized Victory Unite gameplay and rewards for scoring in Warfare matches or completing active missions. Drag & Rescue adds a new tactical mechanic to drag dying squadmates to a safe zone and rescue them; rescuing squadmates unlocks a limited avatar and a Tactical Armament Voucher.

Mid-season balance adjustments include a K437 Assault Rifle limb damage multiplier reduction from 0.4x to 0.3x, recoil changes on mobile for the QJB201 Light Machine Gun and M14 Marksman Rifle, and a Vulcan Cannon depression angle change from -5 degrees to 0 degrees. Bug fixes address touch input stopping in Detonation on mobile and several out-of-bounds positions on The Mog map.

New season ammo

The update details three new rounds. The 5.7 x 28 mm HT+ round has Level 4 penetration, a 1.2x base damage multiplier, and a 0.2x armor damage multiplier, dealing blunt damage that increases against lower enemy armor levels. The 5.7 x 28 mm HT round has Level 3 penetration with the same multipliers. The 7.62 x 51 mm LS round has Level 5 penetration, 40 percent higher muzzle velocity, and 8 percent higher vertical recoil. Headshots inflict Ear Ringing, reducing hearing range for 10 seconds.
