Here comes another two set of Android phones which fall in the exact same price group. These two phones are actually in the affordable range; this is why it is important to compare their features. There are so many affordable phones in the market that it is very difficult to segregate the best. So which phone can be classified as a better deal among the two?
Moto E
This phone released in May 2014. Given its price range, some of its features are quite awesome. It deserves to be checked further.
Design & Display
This phone has a minimalistic weight of only 142 grams. The screen is a basic capacitive display with 16M colors. Its 4.3 inches have 540 x 960 pixels resolution which makes it an equivalent of 256 pixels per inch. The screen is also protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 feature.
Specifications, Camera & Battery
It has an internal 4GB memory which is can be expanded up to 32GB. We also have a 1 GB Ram to support its Dual core processor. This phone can be upgraded to the latest Android OS, v4.4.3 (KitKat). It does not have a secondary camera but supports a 5MP primary camera with geo tagging and panorama. It has a Non removable Li-Ion 1980 mAh battery capacity.
Nokia X
Coming from Nokia, this is yet another smart Android series phone which has dual SIM support. This phone has a great appearance and scores more on the SIM slot. What more does it have?
Design & Display
It has an IPS LCD capacitive 4 inch touch screen giving it a better display quality than Moto E. we get a 233 pixel per inch density on its screen, which doesn’t make it any brighter than Moto E, but still makes it bright enough. It has no Corning Gorilla Glass 3 support like Moto E but multi touch is enabled. The Nokia X UI is upgradable up to v1.1.2.2
Specifications, Camera & Battery
It has a lower 3.15 MP camera without geo tagging or flash or autofocus. It even lacks a secondary camera. It is based on Android JellyBean version (lower than Android KitKat OS). Both the phones have Dual core processor but Moto E has 1.2 GHz while this phone has only 1 GHz and a 512 MB RAM to go with it. The 1500 mAh battery is removable but the capacity is much lower than Moto E.
Overall
Comparing the two phones we have come to the conclusion that Moto E is a far better phone among the two. It has a better camera, battery and RAM support so this should be a fairly easy option to choose.
