This is the kind of drop test that makes most gamers wince, tech publication Wired test the durability of the two new consoles in a way I must say that I’m really not surprised about. We see extreme testing of technology all the time now, at least this is somewhat useful for people who might have children like myself.
When I say toddlers are like drunk adults I mean it, those guys will most certainly want to get a closer look at your brand new shiny (or matte) console.
In the video each console is dropped from waist height and then a 15ft drop before being powered on to see how they function.
The loser gets the chainsaw treatment, naturally . It had me yelling scooby doo catch phrases at the screen; “Zoinks! Yikes, Jeepers! Jinkies!“.
