Xbox has revealed the full lineup of games arriving during the week of September 21 to 25, 2026, led by Remedy Entertainment’s Control Resonant. The sequel to Control launches September 24 at $59.99, with pre-orders available now, and it is Optimized for Xbox Series X|S and supports Xbox Play Anywhere.
Control Resonant Returns to a Warped Manhattan
As the sequel to Control, Control Resonant puts players back in the shoes of Dylan Faden. We recently went hands-on with the sequel. He emerges into a warped Manhattan at the peak of a paranatural crisis, where he must fight a mysterious cosmic entity along with the Hiss and the Mold.
Dune: Awakening Brings Arrakis to Game Pass
Dune: Awakening from Funcom arrives September 22 and lands on Game Pass. It is an open world survival game set on Arrakis that supports both single-player and multiplayer, with building, crafting, and a cinematic Dune story. It is Optimized for Xbox Series X|S and priced at $49.99, currently on sale for $39.99.
EA Sports FC 27 also arrives September 25 with Smart Delivery support. This year’s entry introduces The Grounds, a social football playground featuring Kickabouts, 1v1s, and Clubs.

Graveyard Keeper 2 from tinyBuild launches September 22, Optimized for Xbox Series X|S, and casts players as the Grand Inquisitor leading an undead army while managing a medieval graveyard. Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked, a tactical cooperative digital board game set in the Forgotten Realms with classes like paladin, sorcerer, ranger, fighter, bard, and rogue, also launches September 22 at $29.99.
Well Dweller, a dark fairy-tale metroidvania from the creators of Crypt Custodian and Islets, hits Game Pass on September 22. Alien Breed 35th Anniversary arrives September 24 at $24.99 with six original campaigns and an all-new Horde Mode. Samson – A Tyndalston Story, a close-quarters action game set on the streets of Tyndalston, launches September 21, Optimized for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Play Anywhere.
Fading Echo, a desert punk action-adventure from New Tales and Com2Us Holdings, lands September 22, also Optimized for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Play Anywhere.
