Blizzard’s Season 27 rules documented that Crucibles could drop at level 70, only one Sanctified item could be equipped at a time, and another Crucible could Sanctify an item again. Crafted items could not be Sanctified, followers could not equip Sanctified gear, and existing item stats were not preserved.
