Eleventh Hour Games closed out Hype Week Day 4 with the final deep dive, revealing for the first time every new Unique item coming in Last Epoch Season 5, Rage of the Frostborn, which launches October 1, 2026. The studio also introduced a renamed endgame hub and a new activity UI.
New Uniques Include Weapons, Armor, and Idols
The new Unique lineup includes Heorot’s Repose, a sword, and Morditas’ Vengeance, a spear from the Pinnacle Morditas boss known as the God of Bloodshed. Other reveals are Frostborn Solitude, Devoured Knowledge, Perilous Reflection, Unbroken Legion, a helmet that doubles max skeletons and was teased earlier by Game Director Mike Weicker, Fused Elements, Wrangler’s Keepsake, Withstand the Elements, Effusive Oath, a winged helm that converts the Radiant Lance skill to Physical damage, Scorched Earth, an idol that converts Summon Tide Elemental to fire, and Vestige of Imprisonment, a chestpiece.
Mega Rare Uniques and the Unsated Rage Ring
Three new unique items are exceptionally rare, rarer than a Red Ring. Gift of the Eidolon is a pair of celestial gloves granting Haste and Frenzy at the same time. Eternal Font, an amulet teased in August, makes you use a potion every second even with no potions. Death Dance removes the evade cooldown and triggers your leftmost specialized ability on every evade.
Unsated Rage is a new ring with a new variant affix system. When it drops it picks from a pool of 27 Rage buffs otherwise found as temporary buffs in the Rage of Morditas encounter, including Explosive Rage, Sanguine Rage, Evasive Rage, and Icy Rage. The announcement also detailed Caretaker’s Regrowth, a new two piece Set for Primalists that strengthens Entangling Roots, casting it automatically while moving, and lets Entangling Roots damage over time stack.
Traveler’s Rest and the Nexus
Traveler’s Rest is a renamed and upgraded version of Echo of a World, reached from a new town-style waypoint at The End of Time. It is the main access point to endgame and monoliths, with a stash, forge, merchant, and the Nexus. The Nexus is a new activity UI in Traveler’s Rest for selecting timelines, endgame activities, dungeons, and seeing factions.
