Moto E and Blackberry Z3 are smartphones, which have been both released in the month of May this year. They are really affordable devices which have been made to cater to phone users earning low incomes. However, Blackberry Z3 appears to be a bit more expensive due to having better features and specs.

Just like the majority of the users of Blackberry smartphones, Z3 displays a build that is solid, plus its back covered in textured plastic appears really nice. It has a five-inch screen which supports 540 x 960 pixels for its resolution. In addition, it has a 220ppi pixel density. The display of Moto is only 4.3 inches. However, it is using similar figures for its resolution and has a higher pixel density which is 256ppi. Corning Gorilla Glass 3 is what protects its display.

When it comes to this phone from Motorola’s external appearance, it boasts of its premium look, bringing comfort when held by the smartphone owner’s hand. Plus, it is a water-resistant smartphone, similar to phone models such as Xperia Z2 of Sony and Galaxy S5 of Samsung.

If you are feeling curious about these smartphones’ dimensions, you must know that Blackberry Z3 measures 140mm tall, a 72.8mm width as well as a 9.3mm thickness. With a thickness of 12.3mm, it is way thicker, however, it is shorter, having a 124.8mm-height and width of 64.8mm. These devices’ weights are 164 grams, as well as 142 grams, respectively.

Blackberry Z3 users a hardware performance that is better since it is equipped with the updated chipset called Qualcomm Snapdragon or MSM8230 Snapdragon 400, supporting a 1.2GHz dual-core processor of Krait 200. Plus, it is using an Adreno 305 GPU version which is better than the Adreno GPU 302 of Moto E and its dual-core Cortex A7 running at 1.2 GHz, supported by Qualcomm Snapdragoon 200 chipset.

These two devices’ operating systems appear to be entirely different. Of course, Blackberry OS version 10.2.1 is what Z3 uses, along with a RAM of 1.5GB. On the other hand, Android 4.4.2 KitKat is what Moto E uses. However, it can be simply upgraded to version 4.4.4 KitKat whenever the user wishes to, plus it uses 1GB-RAM.

Blackberry Z3 has an 8GB internal memory, while Moto G boasts of its built-in storage capacity of 32GB. On the other hand, both of these smartphones have slots for microSD cards to have their memory capacities expanded for up to 32GB.
