Once Human, the free-to-play post-apocalyptic open-world survival shooter from Starry Studio, has shipped two more rounds of fixes for its version 3.0.6 update. The developer posted the patch notes to the game’s Steam Community page on September 19 and September 20, 2026, and one of the September 19 fixes comes with a reissue of a paid cosmetic for affected players.

September 19 Fixes and the Golden Drifter Set Reissue

The September 19 note addresses four issues. It fixes an issue where the font size in the chat window was displayed abnormally on mobile devices, and it resolves a clipping issue with the Phantom Zero female bottom and male top. The same patch fixes an occasional issue where players got stuck on the loading screen when entering Eternaland, and an issue where the Golden Drifter Set displayed as locked and could not be equipped after purchase. For that last problem, the developer is reissuing the Golden Drifter Set to affected players within 1 business day and apologized for the inconvenience.

September 20 Fixes for Events and Territory Tools

The September 20 note is smaller and targets two problems. It fixes an issue in some servers where game modes such as Public Crisis Events and Dreamer Events were not starting properly. It also fixes an issue where water and wire in the territory could not be selected, a change aimed at the base-building side of the game. The September 20 patch notes list only those two fixes.

Update Schedule and Platform Background

These fixes follow the version 3.0.6 update that launched on September 16, 2026, which introduced Beast Riding, Gardener combat improvements, and animal ranching system optimizations. The studio has posted several bug fix notes this week, and the next update is scheduled for September 28, 2026. Once Human blends survival, shooting, and multiplayer cooperation, and it is published alongside NetEase. The game first launched on July 9, 2024 on PC via Steam and mobile, then reached PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on August 25, 2026, a console debut GamerHeadlines covered when Once Human launched free on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. The 3.0.6 bug fixes apply across the game’s platforms.
