Alright fellow late 90’s/early 2000’s kids, who else remembers the Sonic cartoons of days gone past?
It’s been a while since the fastest thing alive was broadcast over a TV set, gulped a chili dog, or came crashing down to Earth. Meant to tie in with the game of the same name, Sonic Boom is the hedgehog’s break in an almost decade-long absence from the Television scene.
Like the (rightfully) forgotten Sonic Spinoff Sonic Underground, Sonic Boom is being developed in France, but set to release in North America on Cartoon Network on November 8th. The game will release for Wii U and 3DS on November 11th.

First of all, suck it France. You’re the ones making the show and we’re STILL getting it first.
Second, I’m curious about your guys’ opinions on the show/franchise as a whole. Do you think Sonic Boom is going to flop or rise to the top? Sink or swim? And what do you think about the new character designs, if you care at all?
