Scream Fortress XVIII follow-up
This patch follows the main Scream Fortress XVIII update. The follow-up focuses on defects in two Halloween maps plus item, cosmetic, and Unusual-effect fixes rather than adding another content drop.
On koth_sawmill_event, the team that loses the control point now gets portals in its own respawn room. On koth_trainsawlaser, rooftop and stair areas receive missing no-build protection, while map performance and respawn timing are adjusted.
An earlier October 2 follow-up had already adjusted cp_wildcat_event and ctf_medi_evil, including changes to map timing and contract objectives, as detailed in the Scream Fortress XVIII map and exploit fixes.
