They’re here, 2K has just shown off the power of WWE 2K15 on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Today on twitter 2K released a sneak peek at the entrance of the cult like Wyatt Family, consisting of Bray Wyatt and his followers Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. At the 0:17 mark you get the familiar black screen followed by the picture transitioning into the real life version of Bray Wyatt lighting his lantern with him saying the catchphrase “We’re here” followed by Bray blowing out the lantern. The familiar theme of the Wyatt family plays in a darken arena, fans in attendance wave their phones with the cell light piercing through the darken arena. Then at the 0:41 mark the virtual versions of the Wyatt Family walk down the ramp. It’s very impressive seeing the Wyatt Family walking down the ramp, Bray even has the sinister smirk on his face! It get’s even better. At the 1:23 mark Bray sits down in his old rocking chair, Bray rocks back and forth then blows out the lantern he’s holding. Suddenly the lights turn on, Bray get’s up from the rocking chair and does his signature walk to the ring. At 1:54 Bray walks around the ring.
The second half of the trailer shows Harper and Rowens tag team entrance with their up tempo instrumental version of Brays theme. At the 3:09 Harper raises his hands and walks towards Rowan, Harper gives Rowan a slight shove at 3:13. The pair then make their way to the ring and await their opponents.
My Take: I was very impressed with the character models and likeness of Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. The little touches such as Brays smirk, Harpers sweat stain on his white beater and Rowans dirty upped sheep mask, were fantastic touches to detail. Next gen WWE 2K15 looks promising visual wise.
