2. Defeat Godrick the Grafted and return to Roundtable Hold. Speak to Gideon if he has not moved into his study, reload the Hold, then find Nepheli outside his room. Exhaust her dialogue to receive the Arsenal Charm.
3. Find Nepheli under the stone bridge on the uphill approach to the Village of the Albinaurics in southwest Liurnia. Speak until her dialogue repeats, then cross the bridge and defeat the Omenkiller. Nepheli’s summon is optional for that fight.
4. Return to Roundtable Hold and find Nepheli downstairs past Smithing Master Hewg. Speak to her, ask Gideon about her despair, then return and exhaust her new dialogue. These location changes and the Omenkiller gate are corroborated by the current IGN Nepheli walkthrough.
5. Do not give Nepheli Seluvis’s Potion if you want her normal ending. Let Gideon dispose of it, reserve it for the Dung Eater route, or ignore the assignment.
6. Advance Roderika until she is working as a Spirit Tuner opposite Hewg. Alternate between Roderika and Hewg, then reload Roundtable Hold if her setup has not advanced.
7. Use the Four Belfries to return to the Chapel of Anticipation, retrieve the Stormhawk King, and give it to Nepheli downstairs at Roundtable Hold.
8. Optionally complete Kenneth Haight’s linked route: speak to him on the ruins north of Mistwood, clear Fort Haight, report back for the Erdsteel Dagger, accept his service offer, then visit him at Fort Haight and exhaust his dialogue about finding a suitable lord. Current sources disagree with older guides that called Kenneth a hard Nepheli trigger; complete his route if you want the full joint scene.
9. Defeat Morgott, the Omen King in Leyndell. Morgott—not Margit at Stormveil—is the story boss tied to the final move.
10. Travel to Godrick the Grafted’s Site of Grace, exhaust Gostoc’s dialogue while he is still near Godrick’s remains, rest, and reload until he leaves that spot. Enter the throne room and exhaust Nepheli’s dialogue to receive the Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone.

Should you give Seluvis’s Potion to Nepheli, Gideon, or the Dung Eater?

Give the potion to Gideon if your priority is completing Nepheli’s quest with the fewest trade-offs. The Dung Eater is an alternative that preserves Nepheli, while giving the potion to Nepheli permanently ends her normal route.

Nepheli accepts the potion only after the Village of the Albinaurics stage, when she is downstairs at Roundtable Hold and you have discussed her despair with Gideon. The choice is irreversible in a normal playthrough. Do not select “Give Seluvis’s potion” while speaking to Nepheli if you want the throne-room rewards.

If you choose the destructive Nepheli route, administer the potion downstairs at Roundtable Hold, continue Seluvis’s story until he dies, then check Pidia’s corpse in Caria Manor for the Nepheli Loux Puppet. That acquisition replaces the normal throne-room conclusion rather than adding a reward to it.

Where do you find the Stormhawk King?

The Stormhawk King is a key item, not a summonable Spirit Ash. Stormhawk Deenh is a different item found in the same general chapel area and will not advance Nepheli’s quest.

Why is Nepheli not moving to Stormveil’s throne room?

Nepheli usually remains at Roundtable Hold because a dialogue, boss, item, or local-reload flag is incomplete. Check the actual prerequisites in order instead of killing Gostoc or repeatedly resting without confirming the previous stage.

1. Confirm you defeated Morgott in Leyndell, not Margit in Stormveil.
2. Check Nepheli’s current location. If she is still below the Village bridge, exhaust her dialogue and kill the Omenkiller. If she is downstairs at Roundtable Hold, ask Gideon about her and speak to her again.
3. Confirm the item name. Nepheli needs The Stormhawk King, not Stormhawk Deenh, Warhawk Ashes, or another bird summon.
4. Finish Roderika’s Spirit Tuner setup if the Stormhawk King handoff option never appears.
5. Confirm Nepheli did not drink Seluvis’s Potion. Absolution does not restore the normal quest after that choice.
6. Complete Kenneth’s Fort Haight steps if you want him in the final scene, but do not treat his absence as proof that Nepheli’s own route is broken.
7. At Stormveil, exhaust Gostoc’s dialogue near Godrick’s remains, rest at Godrick the Grafted, and reload until Gostoc leaves that spot. Then check the throne room.

Do not kill Gostoc as a troubleshooting shortcut. Current references conflict on whether his death blocks Nepheli’s move, and killing him certainly removes his extra Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone sale. Keeping him alive is the only fail-safe, all-reward route.
