Xbox and Prince St. Pizza have announced a limited-edition Emergence Pie to mark the October 6 launch of Gears of War: E-Day. The collaboration was shared on Xbox Wire by Jenny Miller, Xbox Global Brand Partnerships, and puts the pie on menus at Prince St. Pizza locations across the United States and Toronto, Canada through November 1. The partnership spans a limited-edition pie, an in-game emblem unlock, and a pizza cutter based on the game’s Prototype Lancer.
The Emergence Pie is inspired by the intensity of Emergence Day. It stacks spicy vodka sauce and fresh mozzarella beneath a heavy layer of ground pepperoni and sausage, then closes with a new Italian chili crisp from Carbone Fine Food called Aglio e Peperoncino. Prince St. Pizza says the recipe was designed for the overlap between Gears fans and pizza lovers, and the pie is available as a whole pie or by the slice.
Inside the Emergence Pie
Lawrence Longo, CEO of Prince St. Pizza, framed the project as a response to what fans would actually want. “Gears fans and pizza lovers have been the same crowd for a long time,” Longo said. “Working with XBOX gave us a way to build for that overlap instead of putting two names on a box and calling it a day. The pie, the emblem, the cutter, all of it started with what the fans would actually want.”
Rewards and the Lancer Cutter
The collaboration extends beyond the pie itself. Every purchase of an Emergence Pie or a slice comes with a unique code to unlock a Gears of War: E-Day in-game pizza emblem. A limited-edition pizza cutter modeled after the Prototype Lancer from the game is also available for purchase at shop.princestreetpizza.com starting today.
Launch Timing and Availability
Gears of War: E-Day went gold ahead of its October 6, 2026 release for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, and Steam. The Emergence Pie follows a crossover with Liquid Death as another brand collaboration connected to the game.
