Why You Should Buy iPhone 6 Plus Instead Of iPhone 6

by GH Staff

There is much talk about the newest iPhone models. When comparing the two models the iPhone 6 Plus comes out on top, even at a higher price, it is worth paying a $100 more. Compared to the iPhone 6 the iPhone 6 Plus has more additional features starting with taking pictures. The size, design, and other features make the phablet a formidable device over iPhone 6.

Battery Power

Everyone knows that iPhone devices don’t have the best battery life. The iPhone 6 Plus has a long-lasting battery life that can power your device all day, with some left over. The iPhone 6 Plus has a battery life of 9 hours of usage and 1 day and 20 hours of standby, with a 20 percent battery left. This version seems to hold up to marked up price compared to the iPhone 6.

The battery life is an important feature for a phone, especially when you care about it shutting down in the middle of your conversation, then this version is for you. But take this into consideration, the longer you have a phone, the shorter the battery life will last. However, it is still worth the purchase because you don’t have to worry about keeping it on the charger.

A Larger Screen

What has many talking is the larger display screen in which with 5.5 inches for the iPhone 6 Plus is pretty big. The huge display helps the user see more as you can adjust with the Zoomed view or stick with the Standard view at any time. The Zoomed mode provides larger text that makes it easier to read with not too much stress on your eyes.

The Zoomed mode at the same time also works great with bold font setting and larger text. For people with eye problems this is the best feature to keep it in the Zoomed mode, which is better even if your eyes are not a problem. If you don’t believe us, you can see for yourself in the Standard mode and then the Zoomed mode to see the difference. Although many don’t pay much attention, but it does make a difference when looking at your screen for a long time.

To use the Zoomed mode, just go to the Brightness settings in the Display menu in Settings, and choose Zoomed. You can also increase the Text Size, and change the font to Bold.

Overall

The iPhone 6 Plus is much bigger than your standard iPhone, and for some users that aren’t use to this could be too much to handle. So for those that might want something a little smaller than iPhone 6 is for you. The iPhone 6 Plus also boasts an improved camera with the help of OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) that improves your pictures.

Also, it sports a bigger internal memory capacity at 64 GB, when compared to iPhone 6 at 16GB, which in my opinion is just not enough.
