Destiny, the record breaking game from Bungie, has been out for a little over a week now and seems to be holding strong. Players have been powering through the content, blowing up aliens and each other, collecting sweet loot and customizing their characters to stand out from the crowd. Today, Bungie announced that they will be giving players the chance to win a unique emblem to show off in the world of Destiny.
To acquire it, players must beat Bungie at their own game. You heard right, Bungie has challenged the Destiny community to Crucible matches with the fun title of Bungie Bounty.
In the upcoming days a team set up by Bungie will be playing Crucible matches. If you are put up against them and win, the reward is endless bragging rights along with the emblem to flaunt.
Every week starting tomorrow, September 18, 2014, the designated fireteam will enter a specific Crucible and fight whomever comes their way. The special event will be hosted on all platforms so don’t get angry when you find out that the first event is being held on the PlayStation 4.

To know if you’re fighting them, Bungie gave a list of some players:

… and alternates to be named at gametime.
Note that the Bungie team will only be playing for one hour so make sure, if you want your chance at the prize, to be queuing for Clash like it’s your job. If you’re really serious about it maybe you can quit your current job and become a full time Destiny player. I’m sure that’d look great on your resume. Actually, don’t do that.
Also note that simply winning will not give you the emblem. After/if you win you must post a link (like this one that Bungie shared) of you victory in the comments of the announcement article on Bungie’s site before Noon Pacific on Friday, September 19, 2014. You will then have to wait until next Tuesday, the 23rd, to get your emblem in the in-game mail.
