Hogwarts Legacy Demiguise Statue Locations: All 30

Give Gladwin Moon nine free-roam Demiguise Moons to learn Alohomora II, then 13 more to learn Alohomora III. That is 22 cumulative Moons for the highest spell rank. Every statue in the checklist below is accessible with Alohomora II or lower, so Rank III is useful for other locked rooms but is not a prerequisite for finishing these 30 locations.

This route uses named Floo Flames, shops, hamlets, rooms, and visible landmarks rather than invented coordinates. The count and routes were cross-checked against IGN’s all-version location guide and PowerPyx’s 33-statue sequence.

How many Demiguise statues are in Hogwarts Legacy?

There are 33 statues encountered in total, but only 30 are tracked as free-roam collectibles. The first three are fixed objectives in The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament; the remaining 30 supply the Moons used for Alohomora upgrades and the full collectible hunt.

The official Steam achievement list describes Demiguise Dread as “Find all Demiguise statues.” Because the three introductory statues are mandatory, the practical completion task is to clear all 30 rows below after finishing the quest.

What must you unlock before collecting Demiguise Moons?

You must progress beyond Percival Rackham’s Trial, reach the fall season, and complete The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament for Gladwin Moon. That quest introduces three fixed statues and teaches Alohomora I; seeing a statue earlier does not let you take its Moon.

1. Advance the main story until Gladwin Moon offers The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament.
2. Complete its three guided statue objectives and learn Alohomora I.
3. Open the world map and use the displayed Wait command until it is night. Follow the on-screen prompt because the button differs by platform.
4. Approach a glowing statue and take its Moon. Daytime statues cannot be collected.
5. Track The Man Behind the Moons when you are ready to return Moons to Gladwin.

What is the fastest safe route to Alohomora II?

Collect eight Highlands statues that need no more than Alohomora I, then take the unlocked statue inside Tomes and Scrolls. This produces the first nine Moons without sending you to a Level 2 door.

Where are all 10 Hogwarts Demiguise statues?

Hogwarts has 10 tracked statues: three in unlocked rooms, four behind Alohomora I doors, and three behind Alohomora II doors. Use the closest named Floo Flame, then follow the room-level landmark in the table.

Where are all 9 Hogsmeade Demiguise statues?

Hogsmeade has nine statues: three in open shops or pub rooms, four behind Alohomora I, and two behind Alohomora II. A compact village circuit can clear the first seven before the two Rank II houses.

The Highlands has 11 statues, one in each named hamlet below. Start at the hamlet Floo Flame and use the building landmark instead of searching the entire regional map.

How do you find a missing Demiguise statue?

Zoom all the way out on the world map and inspect the regional collectible totals, then select Hogwarts wing flags to narrow a castle shortfall. Demiguise statues are not given normal individual map icons, so reconcile the 10/9/11 totals against the tables instead of expecting a marker for the last Moon.

• Nothing can be collected: finish The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament first, then use Wait on the map until night.
• A door will not open: hand in nine Moons for Alohomora II. None of the checklist locations needs Rank III.
• The overall count looks three short: the map tracks the 30 free-roam locations, not the three mandatory quest statues in the same way.
• Hogwarts is incomplete: inspect each wing flag, then recheck the hidden bathroom passage, dungeon classrooms, and Long Gallery room.
• Hogsmeade is incomplete: recheck the two Alohomora II houses and the three unlocked business interiors.
• The Highlands is incomplete: verify all 11 named hamlets; there is one statue in each row, not one in every region.

Is this Demiguise checklist current?

Yes. The static checklist was re-verified on August 27, 2026 against the current official platform list, IGN’s January 2025 all-version guide, PowerPyx’s complete 33-statue sequence, and Steam’s live achievement description. It should be refreshed if an official patch changes the totals, lock ranks, quest thresholds, or map tracking.

Why do some guides say 30 statues and others say 33?

Thirty is the tracked free-roam checklist: 10 Hogwarts, 9 Hogsmeade, and 11 Highlands. Thirty-three includes the three mandatory statues collected during The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament.

Do the three quest statues count toward Alohomora II?

No. After the introductory quest, collect nine of the 30 free-roam Moons and give those to Gladwin Moon for Alohomora II.

Can you collect Demiguise Moons during the day?

No. Open the map and use its Wait command to switch to night, then interact with the glowing statue.

Do you need Alohomora III for any Demiguise statue?

No listed statue requires Level 3. Alohomora II is enough for all 30 free-roam locations, although collecting 22 Moons unlocks Rank III for other doors.

Are Demiguise Statues and Demiguise Moons different collectibles?

They are two names for the same hunt: the statue is the object in the world, and the Moon it holds is the item handed to Gladwin Moon.

Are any Demiguise statues missable?

No location in this checklist is permanently missable. Story progress and Alohomora ranks gate access, but the free-roam statues remain available after the main story.
