Released almost eight months ago, the LG G2 is currently one of the most high-end smartphones in the LG G series. However, can the smart device actually sustain the overshadowing of one of its successors – the LG G Pro 2 and actually have the better price to specifications ration?
Design & Specifications
The LG G2 is as simple as it is perfect in its design. With minimalistic casing and extended display, the phablet is pretty tough to get used to using with one hand, if you haven’t used a smart device with similar size, but is nonetheless impressive with its 5.45 x 2.79 x 0.35 inch in size and 143 grams in weight. The LG G2 features a powerful Quad-Core 2.26 GHz Krait processor, backed up by an Adreno 330 GPU and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset, making the only difference in the specifications between the smart device and its successor the LG G Pro 2 the 2 GB of RAM featured in the G2.
Display & Sound
The second difference is in the size of the display. Although 0.7 inches smaller, being 5.2 inches, the display featured in the LG G2 manages to provide you with the perfect multimedia experience because of its color density and high contrast and brightness. Another noticeable difference between the LG G2 and the LG G Pro 2 is the camera. Overall
With the only significant difference between the two devices being the slightly larger screen featured in the LG G Pro 2 and its ability to record videos in the futuristic Ultra HD, its predecessor the LG G2 seems to be able to overcome its shadowing. When comparing both devices the only thing it comes down to is the price at which the successor of the G2 will be offered, as both devices are equally amazing and able to be perfect companions regardless of the occasion.
