As detailed in my earlier post, found here, you can see that IGN’s game of the month is Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Which means that new Master Chief Collection related news is being reported daily over at IGN. You can see all news from last week summarized on this post.
But, today, we got a very special treat from IGN. Six songs from the remastered soundtrack of Halo 2 Anniversary are ready to listen to right now thanks to IGN First! The page can be found here.
Each song has been re-recorded with the San Francisco Symphony, and it has never sounded better. These tracks are still the same sounds we know and love from Marty O’Donell and Michael Salvatori, but they have been beautifully re-recorded. It’s really best if you listen to these tracks yourself, as they still have the Halo 2 atmosphere and feeling, but they sound much better.
