The ICR-1 is one of the most dependable assault rifles in Call of Duty: Mobile, offering low recoil and great accuracy at range, which makes it a comfortable pickup for newer and returning players alike. The Shattered Relay blueprint applies a sleek black-and-gold design to the weapon and, like other Call of Duty Weapon Blueprints, adds a distinct look and attachment loadout to the base rifle. It can only be claimed through Call of Duty: Mobile. The reward does not appear inside Modern Warfare 4 itself.

How to redeem the Shattered Relay blueprint
Step 1: create or link your Activision Account in Call of Duty: Mobile. Step 2: pre-order any digital edition of Modern Warfare 4 (Standard or Vault) on console or PC by October 23. Step 3: when Modern Warfare 4 launches on October 23, log into the game as soon as possible on launch day so your Activision ID is accounted for. Step 4: check the in-game mailbox in Call of Duty: Mobile to redeem the blueprint.
Delivery is phased, so the blueprint may not appear in your mailbox the moment the October 30 window opens. Eligible players receive it at some point during that 30-day stretch. If you pre-ordered before the announcement, you still qualify: the blog notes that players who have already pre-ordered should skip ahead to the launch-day log-in step.
Players who still have not received the blueprint after November 30 can reach out to Activision Support, and missing-item claims must be filed by December 31, 2026. No code or redemption link is involved. The blueprint is granted automatically to your Call of Duty: Mobile inventory once the account and pre-order requirements are met.
Which editions qualify
The Shattered Relay blueprint is granted no matter whether you pre-order the Standard or Vault Edition. Both award the same Call of Duty: Mobile reward. Both editions also include Campaign Early Access beginning October 16, DMZ Early Access beginning October 20, the Hunter Killer Operator Skin, the Gilded Pearl Camo Pack, and the Inner Circuit Weapon Blueprint. The Vault Edition adds the Hostile Alliance Operator Pack, Special Forces Operator Pack, Signature Weapon Collection, BlackCell for one season, and the DMZ Deployment Bonus.
