It has recently been reported that Resident Evil HD Remaster is now available to pre-load to those who have pre-ordered the game.

Various websites, including VG247, are reporting that Resident Evil HD Remaster can now be pre-loaded on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The game has also been made available to pre-order on Steam for $19.99, and includes a digital artbook and select music tracks from the game’s soundtrack.

Announced last year, Resident HD Remaster is an HD upgraded version of the GameCube remake of Resident Evil that was released back in 2002. The remaster takes gamers back into the world of survival horror within the Spencer Mansion, but this time in glorious HD.

The game features 1080p resolution on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, while the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game feature 720p resolution. The game will also support a widescreen mode, modern control updates, and new costumes for Chris and Jill that are exclusive to this release.

The title will also feature select areas that have been completed re-created from the ground up using the power of modern day systems.

Resident Evil HD Remaster will be released on January 20th for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Steam.
