LG Lucid 3 was released in the second quarter of 2014 while Xperia T2 Ultra was launched long back. But both the phones have high end features and some unique signature features from their brands. Let us find out which one of them is better.
Sony Xperia T2 Ultra
This phone is actually available in both Android Jelly Bean as well as Android Kit Kat OS version. Since this phone was released earlier in 2014 it was first released in Jelly Bean format, later the company realized the mood of the market and decided to add Kit Kat on it too.
Design & Display
Weighing 6.07 oz this phone is quite heavier than most phones. It has a 6 inch screen which is super thin and very easy to hold. Being 6 inches wide, the screen is longer than most other phones in the market. If a giant screen phone is your fantasy – you must try out this one. The downside of this display however is its pixel density. With such a large screen one would have expected at least an over 300 ppi resolution but we get only 245 ppi in this phone.
Specifications, Camera & Battery
A 13 mega pixels camera with LED, autofocus, face detection and such features makes it a good camera phone. It has a 1 GB RAM with 1.4 GHz Quad core processor. We would have liked if the RAM was a little bit higher to match the Quad core speed, but this amount of RAM still does the work smoothly. We get internal 8 GB memory out of which only 4.8 GB is available as user storage. But the microSD slot up to 32 GB saves the day.
LG Lucid 3
If you want an affordable smart phone which is well equipped with all the latest features – then this is the phone for you. LG Lucid 3 has really stood the test of time and brought the best features we have today in the market.
Design & Display
The design may not grab your attention but nevertheless it is durable and strong. A 4.7 inch screen with 234 ppi density on screen is ample for this budget phone.
Specifications, Camera & Battery
LG brings to us this Android Kit Kat device within a very reasonable price range. However it has a 5 mega pixel front camera with high definition video recording. It has a Quad core processor with 1 GB RAM as well.
Overall
Even though Lucid 3 is a decent phone within the price range, if you want a high end phone with some additional features, go for the T2 Ultra.
