More Strange Glitches In Google Translate

Google Translate

Google translate is an application that has been developed by the world’s most trusted search engine and is a away in which to translate languages between one another so that individuals can understand written text that may appear in text on a website. The application can also now be used to dictate foreign languages, before translating them into the desired language. However, recently research was carried out by an individual who managed to find a glitch in the program when it was asked to translate selection of Latin words. The results were somewhat strange and began to bring up questions as to how these translations are being carried out and why the results were so strange.

Features

The Latin words that were asked to be translated are often used in documents to fill the space before the individual deletes them in order to fill the document with their own text. When the individual who discovered the bug inputted certain Latin words the result came up as something political and mysterious. Maybe this was a coincidence, but it seemed pretty strange.

Google responds

When the glitch was made public Google quickly responded with a cheeky remark saying, “garbage in, garbage out”. It is true that Google uses highly complex translating techniques by analyzing large amounts of text throughout a wide number of documents that are stored on the web. The question is now being asked as to whether some of these documents had something to do with the results that were being produced. Although it doesn’t seem like a full-blown conspiracy theory, the results are strange and Google have been quiet about the matter. Google also managed to correct the glitch and individuals are now on the look out for any more strange glitches that may be taking places within the Google platform
