The final Halo 3 Easter egg has finally been found after 7 years
Finally, after seven years of digging since the original release, the final Easter egg has been found.
Bungie hinted at this Easter egg back in 2012 when the company’s Jon Cable said that he had found it in the game’s code, specifying that it will only occur on a specific day.
Later on Adrian Perez revealed that the famous last Easter egg was on the loading screen dedicated to his wife’s birthday. He was proud of the fact that no one knew his final Easter egg for his wife.
Now after all that information had been given the Easter egg had finally been worked out. If you press down on both thumbsticks whilst on the loading screen the message ‘Happy Birthday Lauren’ will be displayed, although it can only occur on December 25th.
