Team Jade published a Steam Community announcement on September 24 introducing Detonation (Beta), a new 5v5 bomb defusal mode for Delta Force. The free-to-play shooter developed by Team Jade and published by TiMi Studio Group is celebrating its second anniversary. Detonation (Beta) will arrive on September 27 at 01:00 UTC. The update includes 3,900 free Limited-Time Delta Tickets.
How Detonation (Beta) Works
In Detonation, players purchase weapons and fine-tune their loadout before each round, then fight for control of the site. Attackers can rush in to plant the bomb, while defenders hold ground to defuse it. Team Jade says Detonation rewards tactical awareness and team coordination.
3,900 Limited-Time Delta Tickets Event
The 3,900 Limited-Time Delta Tickets event runs from September 26 through October 25. Players complete login and match missions to claim up to 3,900 tickets. Logging in on September 26 and completing one match unlocks the Day 1 Gift Box. This first step grants 1,000 tickets guaranteed. Starting September 27, players can play Detonation (Beta) and complete daily missions to earn more tickets.
Second Anniversary Events
The wider anniversary season brings several limited events. A Way to 2nd Anniversary Easter Egg event runs from September 25 through October 15. A Bird Nest in southern Layali Grove and Military Radios across Ahsarah hide clues that point to an unknown space during the event.
The 2nd Anniversary Update also includes a free Legendary firearm bundle, anniversary-exclusive red loot, and Shepherd’s first Ultimate Appearance called Lament. A Mid-Autumn limited RED event runs from September 24 through October 15 with a Lucky Draw Board, 10 operator-themed mooncakes to unlock, and Jade Rabbit series firearm appearances for the M82, AR57, SCAR-H, and SR-25. An Eclosion event runs from September 26 through November 9. This interactive narrative event focuses on the operator Vlinder with four chapters of an animated comic and interactive puzzles. Completing the puzzles unlocks a themed set of items. The 2nd Anniversary Celebration event runs from September 24 through October 15. Players can earn Anniversary Tokens and exchange them for Legendary firearm appearances and supplies. Delta Force is free to play on Steam.
