Nintendo will be releasing a fairly big update for Mario Kart 8 on August 27 that will include the free Mercedes-Benz DLC along will a patch including several additions/improvements. The company have listened to the fans directly and will be rolling out these improvements:
Map display will be added to your t.v
-Default menu selection following GP race will change to next race (instead of view highlight)
-Last Kart customization will be added to save
-You’ll be able to edit other players highlights
-Records screen with total coins, online win-loss record, character selection rates, etc
-Improved online stability
-Other problems will be addressed
Along with these improvements, you will receive cars for free – the GLA, W 25 Silver Arrow and the 300 SL roadster. Add these to your list and you can go back to red shelling your friends in sweet Mercedes-Benz comfort! Check out the trailer for the DLC/Patch below.
